Have the owner-operated design + build team of Genesis Landscapes visit your property to discuss your project. During our site visit, we’ll ask you what you envision for your yard, take measurements and photos, assess existing conditions, and make recommendations. After our site visit, we write up a proposal with plant and material photos and an itemized construction estimate to complete your yard from design to construction. We look forward to meeting with you and seeing the possibilities for your outdoor space.

The $50 consultation fee will be credited toward your project should you choose to move forward with us.

JANUARY 2026 Update — The cool season is an ideal time to plan and install a new landscape — We still have availability for design and construction this winter/early spring but space is filling quickly!

Timeline + Process

Book Consult: We will email you within 3 business days to schedule your consultation within 1-2 weeks.

Estimate: After the consultation, you will receive the design proposal and construction estimate within 5 business days, usually less.

Design: As soon as you review the bid and decide to move forward or want more information, we will schedule a phone call to get your feedback and agree on the budget before we start your design. You will be added to our construction calendar and receive your design within 1-2 weeks.

Construction: We schedule on the basis of whoever is ready and can typically complete construction within 4-6 weeks of design. Currently scheduling construction for December 2025/January 2026.
